- Smelting equipment:It has 2 sets of 15-ton MFF (medium frequency furnace), 2 sets of 40-ton MFF, 1 set of 20-ton EAF (electric furnace), 1 set of 20-ton AOD (argon oxygen furnace), 1 set of 30-ton LF (out-of-furnace refining), 1 set of 30-ton VOD (vacuum decarburization), 2 sets of 3-ton ESR electroslag furnace, 1 set of 5-ton, and 1 set of 10-ton equipment. Complete special steel smelting equipment, more than 14 kinds of combination of smelting methods, fully meet the needs of ultra-high alloy, ultra-pure special steel smelting.
- Forging equipment:It has 1 set of 12-ton free forging electro-hydraulic hammer, 1 set of 4-ton free forging electro-hydraulic hammer, 2 sets of 20-ton multi-function operating machines and 1 set of 8-ton mechanical operating machines. There are 3 sets of energy-saving regenerative chamber heating furnaces controlled by microcomputer with a loading capacity of 50 tons and 3 sets of energy-saving regenerative chamber heating furnaces controlled by microcomputer with a loading capacity of 20 tons. It can effectively solve the forming of nickel-based alloy and difficult-to-deform special materials.
- Heat treatment equipment:It has 2 resistance furnaces (12m * 4m * 2m) with a loading capacity of 120 tons, 1 resistance furnace (8m * 3m * 2m) with a loading capacity of 100 tons, 1 regenerative trolley furnace (6m * 2.5m * 1.5m) with a loading capacity of 60 tons and high temperature resistance furnace (7m * 3m * 2m). It can be engaged in heat treatment processes such as solid solution, aging, quenching and tempering, normalizing, normalizing, annealing.
- Testing equipment: 1 set of Spike direct reading spectrometer, 1 set of steel Nak direct reading spectrum, 1 set of hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen analyzer, infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer and other testing equipment. Accurate chemical composition analysis of smelting materials can be carried out to ensure that the composition meets customer requirements.
