It can effectively solve the molding of nickel-based alloys and special materials that are difficult to deform.
Heat treatment equipment: there are 2 sets of resistance furnace with loading capacity of 120 tons (12m*4m*2m), 1 set of resistance furnace with loading capacity of 100 tons (8m*3m*2m), 1 set of regenerative cart furnace with loading capacity of 60 tons (6m*2.5m*1.5m), and 1 set of high-temperature resistance furnace with loading capacity of 60 tons (7m*3m*2m), which are capable of engaging in the heat treatment process of solid solution, aging, tempering, normalizing and annealing. Testing equipment: It has 1 Spike direct-reading spectrometer, 1 Steel Research Nano direct-reading spectrometer, 1 Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen analyzer, Infrared Carbon and Sulfur analyzer and other testing equipment. We can analyze the precise chemical composition of smelting materials to ensure that the composition meets the requirements of customers.
